
Pet Passport
A Pet passport allows a dog or cat to travel abroad, to certain countries,and return to this country without going into quarantine.

From 1st January 2012 the Pet passport Scheme has become much simpler.
The following applies to EU countries included in the scheme:
What does your dog or cat need?
- Microchip
- Single Rabies vaccination (Booster every 3 years)
- Completed pet passport which allows your dog / cat back into the country 21 days after the date of the Rabies vaccination.
- Your pet needs to visit a vet 1-5 days before coming back to be dewormed.
