This award, along with others awarded by Petplan each year, are their way of helping pet owners say thank you to surgeries that go the extra mile for their clients.

As you would not have heard of these awards, it means that, as a surgery, we have to approach you directly to tell you about them in the hope you might feel that Sandhole has gone that extra mile for you not once but hopefully many times over the years

Rai and Liz Janz are very proud of the new surgery that is now 5 years old. However, new buildings are nothing if they are staffed by people who just do not seem to care. We are immensely proud of our staff who work at Sandhole Veterinary Centre and it would be so wonderful to be given the opportunity to recognise them formally but more especially by the owners of the animals they care so much about.

Do you feel we have a motivated and commited team? Are we open to new ideas whilst providing a consistently high level of service? Do we offer a variety of services and are they informative, professional and progressive?

The closing date for nominations was 10th February 2012 . We will let you know how we got on!
